| Resumen : | La presente investigación se realizó en el Establo de Tomas Lodge, que está situado en la comunidad Lupy, cantón Tena, provincia de Napo. El establecimiento presta los servicios turísticos de alimentos y bebidas, alojamiento y actividades de recreación. Debido a la carencia de señaléticas surge la necesidad de aplicar señaléticas turísticas basados en la normativa vigente establecidas por las instituciones reguladoras, su importancia radica en generar la confianza máxima de los clientes que visiten al establecimiento, de esta manera permitirá el mejoramiento de la movilización y orientación a los turistas antes y durante de la prestación de servicios, sin embargo, el lugar no dispone de un documento que sirve material de apoyo para la implementación de señaléticas turísticas. El trabajo propone la elaboración del “Plan integral de señalética turística en el área de alojamiento, que facilitará la implementación de señalética de servicios y actividades turísticas en el sitio. Para el cumplimiento del primer objetivo se realizó el diagnóstico de las áreas de manera virtual, aplicando la observación indirecta; para el segundo objetivo se realizó la revisión documental de la normativa vigente, identificando en el sitio la área a intervenir generando así un producto de apoyo; el tercer objetivo consistió estructurar un plan integral e incluye la propuesta de señalética del área, generando una herramienta efectiva que permitirá reactivar operaciones de forma segura en el lugar. |
| Descripción : | The present research was conducted at the Establo de Tomas Lodge, which is located in the Lupy community, Tena Canton, Napo Province. The establishment provides tourist services such as food, beverages, lodging and recreational activities. There is a need to apply tourism signage in accordance with the current regulations. The importance of signage lies in generating maximum confidence of customers who visit the establishment, thus improving the mobilization and orientation of tourists both before and during the provision of services. Furthermore, the establishment was found to not have a document that serves as support material for the implementation of tourism signage. The current work proposes the development of the "Integral plan of tourist signage in the lodging area", which will facilitate the implementation of signage relating to on-site tourist services and activities. For the fulfillment of the first objective, a virtual diagnosis of the areas was made, applying indirect observation. For the second objective, a review of the current regulations was carried out, identifying the area to be intervened on the site, thus generating a support product. The third objective of the present research consists of structuring an integral plan, the proposal of signage for the area and the development of an effective tool that will allow for the safe reactivation operations. |
