| dc.description | The research carried out is based on the deficiency that has "Micaela store" business unit and how it can deal the problem about the inventory management, for which to perform resolution of the problem, it was carried out the analysis of the results obtained in the research to provide proposals to improve the situation of the administration and inventory management of the business unit. To carry out this procedure, was used a descriptive methodology that deals with the description of the situation to be investigated, with the application of surveys it was determined that 75% of the employees consider necessary an inventory management manual, through the interview it was verified that the adaptation of a manual would contribute 60% to the management of the business, the help of observation sheets contributed to the collection of data for its subsequent analysis and interpretation, which was directed to the members of the business, in which the 100% confirmed that the business works empirically without keeping records and inventory management, which causes the business do not function optimally. In this situation, the business owner mentions in the interview that she is willing to take proposals that allow the best performance of the business. In this context and based on the research carried out, was proposed the creation of a manual for inventory management, achieving 100% of its culmination, which is destined to fill the lack that the business has in the area of administration and inventory management. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | La investigación realizada trata sobre la deficiencia que tiene la unidad de negocio tienda Micaela y como se puede dar solución al problema que tiene en el manejo del inventario, por lo cual para llevar a cabo la resolución del problema se procedió a realizar el análisis de los resultados obtenidos en la investigación realizada para proporcionar propuestas que permitan mejorar la situación del manejo y gestión del inventario que tiene la unidad de negocio. Para llevar a cabo dicho procedimiento se utilizó la metodología descriptiva que trata sobre la descripción de la situación a investigar, con la ayuda de encuestas se determinó que el 75% de los empleados consideran necesario un manual de manejo de inventario, mediante la entrevista se constató que la adopción de un manual aportaría un 60% a la gestión del negocio, con la ayuda de fichas de observación contribuyó a la recolección de datos para su posterior análisis e interpretación, la cual fue dirigida a los miembros del negocio, en la que el 100% constató que el negocio funciona de manera empírica sin llevar los registros y el manejo del inventario, lo que provoca que el negocio no funcione de manera óptima, en esta situación la propietaria del negocio menciona en la entrevista que está dispuesta a aceptar propuestas que permitan el mejor desempeño del negocio. En ese contexto y en base a la investigación realizada se planteó la creación de un manual para el manejo del inventario logrando el 100% de su culminación, el cual está destinado a suplir la carencia que tiene el negocio en el tema de gestión y manejo del inventario | es |
