| Abstract: | La presente investigación se realizó en la Hostería El Gran Cañón, que está situada en la comunidad Mondayacu, cantón Archidona, provincia de Napo. El establecimiento presta los servicios turísticos de alimentos y bebidas, alojamiento y actividades de recreación. Debido a la emergencia sanitaria del covid-19 surge la necesidad de aplicar protocolos de bioseguridad basados en la normativa vigente establecidas por instituciones reguladoras, su importancia radica en prevenir contagio diario y generar confianza máxima de clientes, sin embargo, el lugar no dispone de un documento que sirva de material de apoyo para la implementación de protocolos de bioseguridad. El trabajo propone la elaboración de la “Guía de implementación de protocolos de bioseguridad para la Hostería El Gran Cañón del cantón Archidona”, instrumento que facilitará la implementación de señalética de prevención en el sitio. Para el cumplimiento del primer objetivo se realizó el reconocimiento de áreas de manera virtual, aplicando la observación indirecta; para el segundo objetivo se realizó a revisión documental de la normativa vigente, identificando en el sitio las áreas a intervenir generando 3 productos de apoyo; el tercer objetivo consistió en estructurar la guía e incluye la propuesta de señalética para cada área, generando una herramienta efectiva que permitirá reactivar operaciones de forma segura en el sitio. |
| Description: | The present research was carried out at the “Hostería El Gran Cañón”, which is located in the Mondayacu community, Canton Archidona, province of Napo. The establishment provides tourist services of food and beverages, accommodation and recreation activities. Due to the health emergency of covid-19, the need arises to apply protocols of biosecurity based on current regulations established by regulatory institutions, its importance lies in preventing daily contagion and generating a maximum customer trust, however, the place does not have a document that serves as support material for the implementation of biosafety protocols. The work proposes the elaboration of the "Guide to the implementation of biosafety protocols for the Hostería El Gran Cañón of the Canton Archidona”, an instrument that will facilitate the implementation of prevention on site. To fulfill the first objective, the recognition of areas in a virtual way, applying an indirect observation was relalized; the second objective was a documentary review of the current regulations, identifying on site the areas to intervene generating three supporting products, the third objective consisted in structuring a guide including a proposal for the signage for each area, generating an effective tool that will allow operations to be done in a safe matter at the indicated place. |
