| dc.description | The research paper entitled: “Bilingual informative brochure of the Sinchi Warmi participation association; Misahualli parish, Tena canton, Napo province”. This paper is inspired by the necessity to improve the level of satisfaction experienced by foreign tourists who visit these regions and the attractions found there; the same ones that have increased in traffic a total of 56% during the period 2013 - 2019, according to files. To this end, the general objective of creating a "bilingual information brochure ..." using the results which have been obtained during this process; The methodology used was an investigative approach: quantitative and qualitative; documented and field research; with the techniques of: direct and indirect observation, unstructured interviews and content analysis. The results are the sources which held relevant information and considered in compliance with the first objective; and, the explanatory table of the sections defined for the brochure as a second objective. Based on the information gathered, the brochure was proposed to consist of 12 pages. It is crucial that they contain reader friendly language, real images of the promoted attraction; and, the design and colors according to the taste of the viewing public. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo denominado: “Folleto informativo bilingüe de la asociación de participación Sinchi Warmi; parroquia Misahualli, cantón Tena, provincia de Napo”, surge de la necesidad de mejorar el nivel de satisfacción percibido por los turistas extranjeros que visiten este atractivo; los mismos que han sumado una totalidad del 56% durante el periodo 2013 – 2019, según sus archivos. Para ello, se ha establecido como objetivo general la elaboración de un “folleto informativo bilingüe…” con los resultados obtenidos durante este proceso; se presenta la metodología utilizada como un enfoque investigativo: cuantitativo y cualitativo; de tipo: documental y de campo; con las técnicas de: observación directa e indirecta, entrevista no estructurada y análisis de contenido. Como resultados se observan las fuentes obtenidas cuya información se consideró relevante en cumplimiento al primer objetivo; y, el cuadro explicativo de las secciones definidas para el folleto como segundo objetivo. En base a la información levantada, se elaboró el folleto propuesto como tercer objetivo, el cual está constituido por 12 páginas, las mismas que utilizan un lenguaje comprensible, imágenes reales del atractivo promocionado; y, el diseño y colores acordes al gusto del público objetivo. | es |
