Abstract

The project aims to analyze the perception of the quality of service offered by the Chickens the Pattern restaurant, located in the Muyuna parish, Napo province. This study seeks to identify the main dimensions that influence customer satisfaction, such as service, environment and product quality. Through a methodology based on surveys and direct observation, key information will be collected to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the current service. The results will allow proposing specific strategies that improve the customer experience and strengthen the restaurant's competitiveness in the local market, promoting a service that combines efficiency, personalization and respect for the cultural customs of the region.
