| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo investigación tiende a la necesidad de realizar la Planificación de Talento Humano, en la Unidad del Talento Humano del GAD Municipal del Cantón Archidona a través de un análisis FODA, donde se determinó ver la necesidad de la institución, con una planificación donde se detalle el perfil, atribuciones y responsabilidades de los servidores públicos. Para conocer la situación actual de la unidad de talento humano se empleó la investigación descriptiva, la investigación documental y la investigación de campo, con una población de campo de 357 funcionarios del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Archidona, se extrajo una muestra de 185 encuestados, a fin de obtener un panorama completo y comprensivo a la realidad para determinar el desarrollo de dicha institución, es decir, el análisis institucional es un referente para la gestión pública del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Archidona. | es |
