| Abstract: | El trabajo investigación tiende a la necesidad de realizar la Planificación de Talento Humano, en la Unidad del Talento Humano del GAD Municipal del Cantón Archidona a través de un análisis FODA, donde se determinó ver la necesidad de la institución, con una planificación donde se detalle el perfil, atribuciones y responsabilidades de los servidores públicos. Para conocer la situación actual de la unidad de talento humano se empleó la investigación descriptiva, la investigación documental y la investigación de campo, con una población de campo de 357 funcionarios del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Archidona, se extrajo una muestra de 185 encuestados, a fin de obtener un panorama completo y comprensivo a la realidad para determinar el desarrollo de dicha institución, es decir, el análisis institucional es un referente para la gestión pública del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Archidona. |
| Description: | The research work tends to the need to carry out the Human Talent Planning, in the Human Talent Unit of the Municipal GAD of the Archidona Canton through a SWOT analysis, where the need for the institution will be expanded, with a planning where detail the profile, powers and responsibilities of public servants. To know the current situation of the human talent unit, descriptive research, documentary research and field research were used, with a field population of 357 officials of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Archidona Canton, a sample of 185 respondents was extracted. , in order to obtain a complete and comprehensive picture of reality to determine the development of said institution, that is, the institutional analysis is a reference for the public management of the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Archidona Canton. |
