ESTRUCTURA ORGÁNICA FUNCIONAL PARA LA COMPAÑIA DE TRANSPORTE DE CARGA PESADA EN VOLQUETAS RIO ANZU S.A DE LA CIUDAD DE TENA

Abstract

This Curricular Project aims to design a functional organizational structure for the heavy transport company RIO ANZU S.A., located in the city of Tena. The research focuses on identifying the current state of the company´s processes and administrative structure, highlighting issues such as operational miscoordination and lack of staff training. Through a qualitative approach based on in-depth interviews, key information was collected to propose an organizational structure that optimizes the company´s operations. This project seeks to strengthen both the operational and administrative capacities by aligning the structure with the company´s strategic objectives. The implementation of this new structure will improve decision-making efficiency and foster greater cohesion among the different areas, contributing to the company´s long-term growth and sustainability.
