DESARROLLAR UNA APLICACIÓN MÓVIL PARA LA GESTIÓN DEL BAR DEL INSTITUTO SUPERIOR TECNOLÓGICO TENA

Abstract

This report presents the development of the BarOps ITS mobile application, designed to enhance bar management at the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Tena (ISTT). The application aimed to optimize sales processes, inventory control, and report generation, with the goal of improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction. The agile methodology Extreme Programming (XP) was applied during the development, allowing for iterative cycles and incremental delivery of features. User interfaces were designed following Material Design principles, and Room SQLite was used for local database management. The application underwent rigorous testing to ensure its functionality and aliggnment with the proposed objectives.
