| Resumen : | La investigación se basa en un análisis situacional en la Compañía de Taxi Servicio de Enlace Terrestre S.A “ENLACVANTRAVEL” la ciudad de Tena, Provincia de Napo, con el fin de fortalecer el sistema administrativo de la compañía, el diagnóstico situacional empleó el análisis FODA, además se encuestó a los socios de la compañía para obtener información de la situación administrativa de la compañía, donde el 100% de socios encuestados, manifestaron que no cuentan con una estructura organizacional, por ello la propuesta de diseñar una estructura organizacional, donde el 77% de socios están en total acuerdo, al contar con una estructura se podrá tomar decisiones adecuadas. En cuanto a directivos el 100% no conoce en su totalidad las funciones de su cargo, por ende, el desarrollo del presente trabajo con el diseño del organigrama estructural. La investigación se basó en la metodología de investigación analítica sintética, permitiendo establecer los procesos que se encuentran ligados a la gestión administrativa de la compañía. La búsqueda de información de este estudio se apoyó en la investigación de campo y la investigación bibliográfica – documental, con ayuda de herramientas de investigación como la encuesta y la entrevista, asimismo se utilizó el método estadístico para describir. |
| Descripción : | The current investigation is based on a situational analysis in the Taxi Company "Service de Enlace Terrestre S. A "ENLACVANTRAVEL" the city of Tena, Napo Province, in order to strengthen the administrative system of the company, the situational diagnosis used the SWOT analysis, also surveyed the partners of the company to obtain information on the administrative situation of the company, where 100% of partners surveyed, said they do not have an organizational structure, hence the proposal to design an organizational structure, where 77% of partners are in full agreement, to have a structure will be able to make appropriate decisions. As for managers, 100% do not fully understand the functions of their position, hence the development of this work with the design of the structural organization chart.
