| Resumen : | El Trabajo de Integración Curricular tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar e implementar un sistema, que permita mejorar la gestión de proyectos y el control de reportes, de forma que tenga el mayor control de las planificaciones que lo ejecutan dentro del entorno que abarca al GAD Municipal del cantón Archidona y mejorar los registros entre las áreas internas del mismo. Con el fin de obtener información detallada, se realizó una investigación de campo donde a través de los usuarios se efectuó al personal a cargo de la Coordinación de TICS se pudo obtener todos los requerimientos funcionales acerca del proceso de Control de Proyectos. Este proyecto fue desarrollado utilizando la metodología Extreme Programming XP, por su versatilidad al momento de desarrollar, además tiene como objetivo crear un software de mayor calidad para mejorar la eficiencia del equipo de desarrollo, dentro de esta metodología existen las fases del proyecto, mejorando el proceso en la parte del diseño y la codificación para de esta manera ofrecer al personal un software que tenga todas las funcionalidades que requiere la Institución. Como resultado final, los objetivos planteados han sido alcanzados de manera eficiente y satisfactorio, obteniendo los resultados favorables. El Sistema de Control de Proyectos se implementó de manera eficaz, cumpliendo y logrando obtener resultados favorables para la Coordinación de TICS. |
| Descripción : | The main objective of this research work was to develop and implement a system that allows improving project management and reporting control, so that it has the greatest control of the planning that executes it within the environment that covers the Archidona Canton Government and improve records between its internal areas. In order to obtain detailed information, a field investigation was carried out where, through the users, the staff in charge of the ICTs Coordination were made, it was possible to obtain all the functional requirements about the Project Control process.This project was developed using the XP (Extreme Programming) methodology, due to its versatility when developing, it also aims to create higher quality software to improve the efficiency of the development team, within this methodology there are project phases, improving the process in the part of the design and coding in order to offer the staff a software that has all the functionalities that the Institution requires. As a final result, the objectives set have been achieved efficiently and satisfactorily, obtaining favorable results. Project Control System was implemented effectively, complying and achieving favorable results for the ICT Coordination. |
