| Abstract: | El tema de trabajo de integración curricular denominado "Estructura orgánica funcional de la Asociación Wiñak del cantón Archidona" se realizó con la finalidad de implementar la estructura orgánica funcional para mejorar la gestión administrativa y funcional de la misma, la cual permitirá tomar decisiones adecuadas para un mejor desarrollo asociativo, para lo cual se aplicaron la técnica de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa, por lo tanto se aplicó 171 encuestas a los trabajadores y socios de la asociación el cual constaba de 8 preguntas relacionadas a la estructura orgánica permitiendo recolectar información necesaria que ayuden en el trabajo, se aplicó la metodología inductiva permitiendo encontrar datos específicos ayudando a complementar así lo antes mencionado, es fundamental realizar estas preguntas ya que esto ayuda a desarrollar una estructura orgánica funcional para la Asociación Wiñak del cantón Archidona, en los hechos que se vieron en la encuesta aplicada se puede notar que la gran mayoria de socios y trabajadores tienen conocimiento de la estructura por ello se vio que solo un mínimo porcentaje no conoce realmente como está funcionando la estructura actual, es necesario incluir funciones que se puedan visualizar y entender claramente las funciones que se detallan en ella, por lo que se procedió a la elaboración de la estructura orgánica funcional donde se detallan las áreas o departamentos con los que cuenta la asociación se creó valores importantes para la buena funcionalidad esto permite la buena toma de decisiones y una mejor comunión entre todos los socios y trabajadores. |
