| Abstract: | Una iniciativa clave para fortalecer la infraestructura tecnológica del instituto Superior Tecnológico Tena y optimizar su gestión en consonancia con los objetivos institucionales es el desarrollo e implementacion de un Plan Estratégico y Operativo de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones (PETI). El objetivo de este plan completo es alinear las estrategias tecnológicas con la misión del instituto y garantizar que las Tecnologías de la Información (TI) se integren de manera efectiva en todos los aspectos administrativos y académicos. Este plan se erige como un documento guía que establece metas claras, indicadores de desempeño y acciones especificas para potenciar el uso efectivo de las TIC. En ultima instancia, el PETI no solo apunta a resolver deafios identificados, sino a posicionar al Instituto Superior Tecnológico Tena como un referente en el aprovechamiento de la tecnología para la excelencia académica y administrativa. |
| Description: | A key initiative to strengthen the technological infrastructure of the Institute Tena Technological Superior and optimize its management in line with the institutional objectives is the development and implementation of a Strategic Plan and Information and Communications Technologies Operation (PETI). He the objective of this comprehensive plan is to align tecnological strategies with the mission, of the institute and ensure that Information Technologies (TI) are integrated effectively in all administrative and academic aspects. This plan stands as a guiding document that establishes clear goals, performance indicators and specific actions to enhance the effective use of TIC. Ultimately, the PETI not only aims to solve challenges identified, but to position the Tena Higher Technological Instituteas a benchmark in the use of technology for academic excellence and administrative. |
