| Abstract: | El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como propósito principal diseñar un manual para el manejo de archivos, controlar cada uno de los procesos administrativos que allíse realizan, una herramienta indispensable para toda institución, mediante la metodología archivística a través de este instrumento de apoyo se logrará optimizar tiempo, recursos y brindar una mejor atención a toda la ciudadanía de la Parroquia San Juan de Muyuna. Dicho trabajo seguirá un tipo de investigación personal, en donde se evidenciará los documentos que pertenecen a esta institución, se realizó entrevistas y encuestas a 10 personas que laboran en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural San Juan de Muyuna, de los cuales el 80% concluye que el ambiente es poco organizado, establecen que el departamento de archivos hace falta un espacio amplio para resguardar los documentos, la falta de capacitación al personal en temas de archivística hace tengan dificultades a la hora de la identificación de archivos. |
| Description: | The main purpose of this research work is to design a manual for the management of archives, to control each of the administrative processes that are carried out there, an indispensable tool for any institution, through archival methodology through this support instrument is will be able to optimize time, resources and provide better care to all the citizens of the San Juan de Muyuna Parish. This work will follow a type of personal investigation, where the documents that belong to this institution will be evidenced, interviews and surveys were carried out with 10 people who work in the San Juan de Muyuna Rural Parish Decentralized Autonomous Government, of which 80% conclude that the environment is not very organized, they establish that the archives department needs ample space to protect the documents, the lack of training for personnel in archival matters makes it difficult to identify archives. |
