| Abstract: | El trabajo de investigación denominado “La Estructura Organizacional y su impacto en el Desarrollo Socioeconómico de la Asociación ASOSUMAY “Ambiente Limpio” en la Ciudad del Tena, Provincia de Napo, 2021”; se ejecuta con el propósito de mejorar la Estructura Organizacional, que fomente el desarrollo socioeconómico y por ende el clima laboral a los asociados; las técnicas de investigación que se utilizaron son: investigación descriptiva e investigación de campo para la recolección de datos, dentro de ellos se aplicó las 19 encuestas con 8 preguntas dirigidas a los socios y a los directivos, para la obtención de información y examinar la necesidad actual que permitió establecer un análisis del entorno administrativo de la asociación. La información recolectada puso en evidencia varios puntos débiles del entorno a la temática de la estructura organizacional, para lo cual y enfocado en las falencias principales se procede a la elaboración de un plan de mejora que contempla tres herramientas que son: Organigrama estructural, Orgánico Funcional y Manual de funciones donde se detalla el cargo, funciones, responsabilidades y el objetivo de cada socio y directivo que labora en dicha asociación, lo cual permite optimizar los recursos, tomar decisiones y mejorar la comunicación entre directivos y socios. |
| Description: | The research work named “The Organizational Structure and its impact on the Socioeconomic Development of the Association ASOSUMAY “Clean Environment" in Tena city, Napo Province, 2021”; It is implemented with the purpose to improve the Organizational Structure, to promote the socio-economic development and thus the work environment for the associates; the research techniques applied was: descriptive research and field research for data collection, with this were applied 19 surveys with 8 questions focused on the partners and managers to get information and examine the current need that allowed to establish an analysis of the administrative environment of the association. The information collected revealed several weak points in the environment of the organizational structure theme, for this and focused on the main shortcomings, was develop an improvement plan that includes three tools which are: Structural Organizational Chart, Functional Organic and Function's Manual where is detail the position, functions, responsibilities and the objective of each partner and the manager that work in this association, which allows optimize resources, making decisions and improve the communication between managers and partners. |
