| Abstract: | La unidad de negocios “El Mercadón” ofrece a la ciudadanía de Tena productos cosechados de la Costa, Sierra y Amazonía, es un lugar en el cual se encuentra todo tipo de productos a un muy buen precio, sin embargo, según la encuesta aplicada en la pregunta 8 se habla acerca de qué tan buena es la administración del negocio, a lo que los resultados son 50% casi buena y 50% que no es buena, también mediante un análisis situacional aplicado se habría determinado la falta que hace tener un organigrama estructural definido en la unidad de negocios, ya que al momento de atender a los clientes lo hace cualquier persona. Según la encuesta aplicada, en la pregunta 3 efectivamente se corrobora que la falta de un organigrama estructural puede traer consecuencias al negocio, apoyado esto por el 80% de los trabajadores, el otro 20% se mantiene en un punto medio, existen otros negocios que sí tienen definida la organización del negocio, lo que podría generar pérdidas económicas. Para solucionar esta problemática se ha diseñado un modelo de organigrama estructural para el negocio, teniendo en cuenta que cada área de trabajo necesita de un auxiliar para poder brindar una mejor atención. |
| Description: | The business unit "El Mercadón" offers the citizens of Tena products harvested from the Coast, Sierra and Amazonia, it is a place where all kinds of products are found at a very good price, however, according to the survey applied in Question 8 talks about how good the business administration is, to which the results are 50% almost good and 50% that is not good, also through an applied situational analysis the lack of having an organization chart would have been determined structure defined in the business unit, since when serving customers, anyone can do it. According to the applied survey, in question 3 it is indeed corroborated that the lack of a structural organization chart can bring consequences to the business, supported by 80% of the workers, the other 20% remains at a midpoint, there are other businesses that they do have defined the organization of the business, which could generate economic losses. To solve this problem, a structural organization chart model for the business has been designed, taking into account that each work area needs an assistant to provide better service. |
