| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de implementación de una central telefónica para comunicación interna en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Tena, busca incrementar el flujo de información entre las áreas de la institución. Tiene como objetivo mejorar la eficiencia y calidad de la comunicación dentro de la institución. Esto se logrará a través de la instalación de una central telefónica que permitirá un sistema de comunicación interno más rápido y efectivo. El proyecto incluye el análisis de los departamentos y áreas que se beneficiarán de la implementación de la central telefónica, la instalación física y configuración de los equipos, así como la programación de extensiones telefónicas, pruebas para verificar el correcto funcionamiento y puesta en marcha del sistema de comunicación interna. El proyecto busca facilitar la interacción entre los departamentos y el personal del instituto. |
| Descripción : | The present project aims to implement an internal telephone system for communication within the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Tena, with the goal of enhancing the flow of information among the institution's departments. It aims to improve the efficiency and quality of communication within the organization. This will be achieved through the installation of a telephone system that enables a faster and more effective internal communication system. The project includes an analysis of the departments and areas that will benefit from the implementation of the telephone system, the physical installation and configuration of the equipment, as well as the programming of telephone extensions, testing to verify proper functioning, and the implementation of the internal communication system. The project aims to facilitate interaction among the departments and the institute's personnel. |
