| Abstract: | Este informe detalla la implementación exitosa del módulo de seguimiento y revisión de aseguramiento de la calidad en el sistema web SIAGE del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Tena. El objetivo de este módulo es optimizar la gestión educativa y administrativa, fomentando la mejora continua y la excelencia. A través de metodologías ágiles, se diseñó una interfaz intuitiva para registrar y monitorear indicadores de calidad, generar informes automáticos y facilitar la administración de planes de mejora. El desarrollo incluyó pruebas exhaustivas y se priorizó la seguridad y compatibilidad con el sistema existente. La implementación de este módulo permitirá una supervisión más efectiva de los procesos internos, identificación temprana de áreas de mejora y toma de decisiones basada en datos concretos. Se espera que esta mejora en la gestión contribuya positivamente a la calidad educativa y administrativa de la institución. |
| Description: | This report details the successful implementation of the quality assurance tracking and review module in the SIAGE web system at the Tena Higher Technological Institute. The module aims to enhance educational and administrative management, promoting continuous improvement and excellence. Utilizing agile methodologies, an intuitive interface was designed to record and monitor quality indicators, generate automated reports, and facilitate the management of improvement plans. The development phase included rigorous testing, prioritizing security and compatibility with the existing system. The module's implementation will enable more effective oversight of internal processes, early identification of areas for enhancement, and data-driven decision-making. It is anticipated that this improved management approach will positively impact the institution's educational and administrative quality. |
