| Abstract: | El trabajo de investigación, se desarrolló en la comunidad de San Jacinto perteneciente al cantón Tena, provincia de Napo, a través de un Plan de Manejo Ambiental aplicando las Normas Mexicanas NMX-AA-0.15-0.19-0.22 vigentes. Se realizó la descripción del área directa y los actores que están involucrados dentro de la misma, se encontró la cantidad de 149 habitantes de diferentes tipos de edades y sexo que residen en el lugar, a las cuales se les encuesto y se les capacitó , para tener conocimiento y poder realizar el Plan de Manejo Ambiental con en el objetivo principal de controlar, mitigar y minimizar el impacto ambiental que es generado debido a los residuos sólidos, que en muchas ocasiones son producidos por la población que cada día va creciendo. Mediante el trabajo realizado en la comunidad se dio a conocer la caracterización de los residuos sólidos producidos durante la semana con la cantidad de generación de residuos de 848,6 kg/semana, con un promedio Per Cápita del 0,81 kg/habitante/día, se trabajó con el cuarteo A y B dando la cantidad de 427,7 kg/semana, dando un promedio de peso volumétrico de 612,57 kg/m³. Dando a conocer que el 74% de residuos es Orgánica y el 26% es Inorgánica. El plan de manejo ambiental para la comunidad, manifiesta los siguientes programas, el control de residuos sólidos, la clasificación y manejo de la basura mediante tachos de basura, capacitación y educación ambiental, dichos programas están enmarcados en la prevención, control, y mitigación de impactos ambientales. |
| Description: | The research work was developed in the community of San Jacinto belonging to Tena canton, Napo province, through an Environmental Management Plan applying the current Mexican Standards NMX-AA-0.15-0.19-0.22. The description of the direct area and the actors that are involved within it was made, the 149 inhabitants of different types of ages and sex residing in the place were found, to which they were entrusted and trained, to have knowledge and to be able to carry out the Environmental Management Plan with the main objective of controlling, mitigating and minimizing the environmental impact that is generated due to solid waste, which in many occasions are produced by the population that grows every day. Through the work carried out in the community, the characterization of the solid waste produced during the week with the amount of waste generation of 848.6 Kg / week, with an average per capita of 0.81 Kg / inhabitant / day, was made known. , we worked with quartz A and B giving the amount of 427.7 kg / week, giving an average volumetric weight of 612.57 kg / m³. Noting that 74% of waste is Organic and 26% is Inorganic. The environmental management plan for the community, manifests the following programs, the control of solid waste, the classification and management of garbage through garbage cans, training and environmental education, these programs are framed in the prevention, control, and mitigation of environmental impacts. |
