| Resumen : | En el presente trabajo de grado se evidencia el análisis, diseño, desarrollo de un sistema web para el control y gestión de procesos en la Coordinación de Servicios Sociales del Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social Distrito 15D01, en el Área de Protección Especial. Con el presente proyecto se logró que la información manipulada por la Coordinación de Servicios Sociales, en el área de protección Especial se automatice los procesos y ya no sea necesario el manejo de información de forma manual sino mediante la utilización un sistema web donde los procesos serán de forma sistemática y concreta donde así se podrá disminuir costos de producción y tiempos de respuesta o ejecución. Para el desarrollo del sistema web se utilizó la metodología XP (Xtreme Programming), el cual permitió fortalecer las relaciones interpersonales del equipo de desarrollo mediante el trabajo en equipo que pone énfasis en la retroalimentación continua y la interacción constante entre el cliente y el equipo de desarrollo. Para obtener los requerimientos del sistema, se realizó una entrevista con el cliente, donde expuso descripciones cortas de lo que el sistema debe realizar, esto permitió a los programadores definir y priorizar las historias de usuarios, planificar las entregas de los productos, estimar los riesgos, tiempo que llevaría el desarrollo del sistema web y como realizar los test de aceptación. En la fase de codificación, se realizó la conexión de la base de datos XAMP realizada en MySQL (Lenguaje de Consulta Estructurado) con el lenguaje de programación PHP (preprocesador de hipertexto), continuamente se procedió a realizar y ejecutar el código fuente de acuerdo a los diseños y diagramas obtenidos en esta fase con la Plantilla web, de framework Bootstrap permitió dar estilos a la página web. En la fase de pruebas, se efectuó el test de aceptación, este tipo de pruebas es muy fundamental de la metodología XP ya que permitió evaluar las distintas tareas para comprobar el funcionamiento de las historias de usuario. |
| Descripción : | This degree research work shows the analysis, design and development of a web system for the control and management of processes in the Coordination of Social Services of the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion District 15D01, in the Special Protection Area. With the this project, the information manipulated by the Social Services Coordination was achieved, in the area of Special Protection the processes are automated and the handling of information is no longer necessary manually but through the use of a web system where the processes will be systematically and concretely where production costs and response or execution times can be reduced. For the development of the web system, the XP (Xtreme Programming) methodology was used, which allowed strengthening the interpersonal relationships of the development team through teamwork that emphasizes continuous feedback and constant interaction between the client and the team development. To obtain the requirements of the system, an interview was conducted with the client, where he presented short descriptions of what the system should do, this allowed programmers to define and prioritize user stories, plan product deliveries, estimate risks, time that would take the development of the web system and how to perform the acceptance tests. In the coding phase, the connection of the XAMP database made in MySQL (Structured Query Language) with the PHP programming language (hypertext preprocessor) was made, the source code was continually carried out and executed according to the designs and diagrams obtained in this phase with the Web Template, of Bootstrap framework allowed to give styles to the web page. In the testing phase, the acceptance test was carried out, this type of testing is very fundamental of the XP methodology since it allowed to evaluate the different tasks to check the operation of the user stories. |
