dc.description	The increase of the population carries with it new human settlements therefore the disorderly growth the city of Archidona leads to the need to satisfy their needs. By arranging the Archidona city of surrounding communities, problems such as generation of environmental impacts have arisen. This is mainly due to the construction of roads. With the following research topic entitled "Environmental Impact Assessment of the Construction of the Via Casa Blanca - El Mangu in Archidona city through the Leopold matrix. Proposal of an Environmental Management Plan for its development was identified the study area and the biotic and abiotic factors; An environmental social survey was applied, obtaining as a result that the great majority of respondents make up the family nucleus with more than four people, 40% of the population of the sector is engaged in agriculture, 70% have observed residues of gasoline or oil in the sector, in the river or another place as a result of the construction of the new road, 96% of respondents do not know whether or not actions will be taken to reduce the negative effects generated and 38% of people in the sector considered that The main environmental problem associated with the construction of the new road Casa Blanca - El Mangu is the affectation of flora and fauna. The evaluation of environmental impacts through Leopold's matrix determined that the negative impacts predominate, with respect to the positive ones, only the activity of employment opportunities produces a positive impact; To preserve, control and mitigate this type of impacts, an environmental management plan is proposed, which is structured with environmental programs that will be available to the authorities of the Napo Provincial Decentralized Autonomous Government (Directorate of Public Works).	es
dc.description.abstract	El incremento de la población lleva consigo nuevos asentamientos humanos por lo tanto el crecimiento desordenado del cantón Archidona conlleva a la necesidad de satisfacer sus necesidades. Al disponer el cantón Archidona de comunidades aledañas, se han originado problemas como generación de impactos ambientales. Esto se debe principalmente a la construcción de vías. Con el siguiente tema de investigación titulada “Evaluación del Impacto Ambiental de la Construcción de la Vía Casa Blanca - El Mangu en el cantón Archidona, mediante la matriz de Leopold para elaborar una propuesta de un Plan de Manejo Ambiental para su desarrollo se identificó el área de estudio y los factores biótico y abióticos; se aplicó una encuesta social ambiental obteniendo como resultado que la gran mayoría de encuestados conforman el núcleo familiar con más de cuatro personas, el 40% de la población del sector se dedica a la agricultura, el 70% ha observado residuos de gasolina o aceite en el sector, en el río u otro lugar por consecuencia de la construcción de la nueva vía, el 96% de los encuestados no conoce si se tomarán o no acciones para disminuir las efectos negativos generados y el 38% de las personas del sector consideraron que el principal problema ambiental asociado a la construcción de la nueva vía Casa Blanca – El Mangu es la afectación de la flora y fauna. La evaluación de impactos ambientales mediante matriz de Leopold determinó que predominan los impactos negativos con respectos a los positivos, tan solo la actividad de oportunidades de empleo produce un impacto positivo; para preservar, controlar y mitigar este tipo de impactos se propone un plan de manejo ambiental el cual está estructurado con programas ambientales que estará a disposición de las autoridades del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial de Napo ( Dirección de Obras Públicas).	es
