Abstract:	Uno los retos más grandes de la inclusión de personas con discapacidad es el uso de la tecnología, no existen un estándar establecido que permitan diseñar y crear espacios tecnológicos orientados a personas con discapacidades. El trabajo está orientado en recopilar información que permite publicar una página web institucional accesible para personas con problemas auditivos, el caso se aplicó en la escuela especial “MONS. MAXIMILIANO SPILLER” de la ciudad de Tena, se utilizó un lenguaje de programación universal y de código abierto orientado en la web. Para la vista del visitante general y también entendible para visitantes con problemas auditivos; la página web contiene un panel administración básico que permite continuar publicando novedades, eventos o noticias de la institución se encuentra publicado en hosting básico compartido con dominio educativo.
Description:	One of the biggest challenges of the inclusion of people with disabilities is the use of technology, there is no established standard to design and create technological spaces oriented to people with disabilities. This research work is aimed at collecting information that allows publishing an institutional web page accessible to people with hearing problems, the case was applied in “MONS. MAXIMILIANO SPILLER” special School from Tena city, a universal and open source programming language was used oriented on the web, for the general view of visitor and also understandable for visitors with hearing problems; the website contains a basic administration panel that allows you to continue publishing news, events or news of the institution. It is published in shared basic hosting with an educational domain.
