| Abstract: | El restaurante El Jardín Misahuallí fue considerado para la implementación del programa Sistema Inicial de Gestión Organizacional (SIGO), debido a que la empresa no cuenta con distintivos que valoren la calidad del servicio. Durante la ejecución del programa se efectuó un diagnóstico situacional de la empresa obteniendo una ponderación de 75 puntos sobre 100; el segundo objetivo consistió en aplicar la metodología del Sistema Inicial de Gestión Organizacional (SIGO) con la asesoría del Ministerio de Turismo se realizaron 6 capacitaciones con los propietarios, 8 asesorías técnicas al establecimiento en las cuales se expuso los contenidos del manual SIGO y el manejo de los formularios, para finalizar se aplicó el tercer objetivo que consistía en una propuesta de un plan de acción, compuesto por 7 acciones correctivas, cumpliéndose en un 100% denotando la buena predisposición de los administradores del establecimiento. |
