| Abstract: | El investigación se efectuó en el “Rio Napo Lodge” ubicado en la parroquia de Misahuallí, cantón Tena, el establecimiento se dedica al servicio de hospedaje, alimentación y recreación, los procesos internos de la empresa no están bien definidos, realizando las tareas de manera empírica, sin estándares mínimos. Este trabajo investigativo propone la implementación del programa Sistema de Gestión Organizacional (SIGO) en el establecimiento para el mejoramiento de la calidad en el servicio durante el año 2019. El mismo cumplió tres objetivos: el primero, determinar el diagnóstico situacional, mediante la aplicación de 3 formularios, arrojando como resultado una calificación 35.25/90, muy por debajo de la nota deseada; el segundo objetivo fue aplicar la metodología del sistema de gestión organizacional (SIGO) mediante 3 módulos con un total de 9 herramientas, ejecutando de forma óptima 7; el tercer objetivo fue elaborar un plan de acciones correctivas, logrando ejecutar 9 de 12 acciones propuestas. |
| Description: | The research was carried out in the “Rio Napo Lodge” located in Misahuallí parish, Tena Canton, the establishment is dedicated to the service of lodging, food and recreation, the internal processes of the company are not well defined, performing the tasks in an Empirical way, without minimum standards. This research work proposes the implementation of the Initial Organizational Management System (SIGO, by their acronyms in Spanish) program in the establishment for the improvement of service quality during the year 2019. It met three objectives: the first, to determine the situational diagnosis, through the application of 3 forms, resulting in a 35.25 / 90 grade, well below the desired grade; the second objective was to apply the methodology of the Initial Organizational Management System (SIGO) through 3 modules with a total of 9 tools, optimally executing 7; The third objective was to develop a corrective action plan, managing to execute 9 of 12 proposed actions. |
