| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo desarrollar una aplicación móvil llamada “Llaky Panka” para el Servicio de Comidas Típicas en el restaurante Llaky Panka ubicado en la provincia de Napo Cantón Tena. Para la ejecución de este proyecto se utilizó la metodología XP “Extreme Programing”, el cual permitió interactuar con el cliente en el progreso del proyecto, para obtener los requerimiento funcionales y no funcionales de la aplicación móvil. Para el desarrollo de esta aplicación se utilizó el lenguaje de programación Java, cuyo propósito es permitir a los usuarios /clientes del Restaurant Llaky Panka a realizar servicios de entrega a domicilio de forma online desde un dispositivo móvil ya sea este un Smartphone, Tablet, etc. Este requerimiento lo podrá realizar desde la comodidad de su hogar, oficina o cualquier lugar que se encuentre dentro del cantón Tena, brindando comodidad, facilidad y sin necesidad de tomar mucho tiempo en realizar el pedido. Por otra parte, el restaurant antes mencionado no cuenta con un apoyo tecnológico para brindar servicios de calidad a los clientes, por ello es necesario el desarrollo de la aplicación móvil para modernizar el servicio, conocer sus promociones, costos y productos disponibles. En vista de ello el presente proyecto presenta la planificación el desarrollo de la aplicación móvil, mejorando y agilizando los servicios de pedidos para los clientes. Permitiendo de esta manera que el establecimiento pueda diferenciarse de la competencia. |
| Descripción : | The main objective of this degree work was to develop a mobile application called "Llaky Panka" for the Service of Typical Foods in the Llaky Panka restaurant located in the City Napo province. For the execution of this project, the XP “Extreme Programing” methodology was used, which allowed interaction with the client in the progress of the project, to obtain the functional and non-functional requirements of the mobile application. For the development of this application, the Java programming language was used, the purpose of which is to allow users / customers of the Llaky Panka Restaurant to perform home delivery services online from a mobile device, be it a Smartphone, Tablet, etc. This requirement can be done from the comfort of your home, office or any place that is within the Tena City, providing comfort, ease and without the need to take a long time to place the order.On the other hand, the aforementioned restaurant did not have technological support to provide quality services to customers, therefore it is necessary to develop the mobile application to modernize the service, know its promotions, costs and available products. In view of this, this project presents the planning and development of the mobile application, improving and streamlining ordering services for customers. Allowing in this way that the establishment can differentiate itself from the competition. |
