| Resumen : | En el presente proyecto de grado se desarrolló un sistema web en el consultorio Odontológico Jaime Rivadeneyra del Cantón Tena, para el control de los pacientes los mismos que se realizaban de forma manual lo que ocasionaba la pérdida de tiempo, información y problemas de búsquedas, se utilizó la metodología XP (Xtreme Programing) dando con el cumplimiento a todos los requisitos propuestos por el consultorio odontológico. El sistema web se desarrolló mediante el lenguaje de programación PHP 7, utilizando el Framework Bootstrap 4 y para gestionar la base de datos MYSQL. La implementación del Sistema se dio con la finalidad de gestionar la informacion en tiempo real, el proyecto también constó de once capítulos, en el primer capítulo se estableció el tema del proyecto Desarrollo de un sistema web para el consultorio odontológico Jaime Rivadeneyra, el segundo capítulo se refirió a fundamentos del tema que comprende los antecedentes, las bases teóricas, quienes a su vez están formadas por los ejes temáticos, en el tercer capítulo se indicó los objetivos generales y específicos donde se hace alusión a las metas planteadas, por una investigación un proyecto o una organización, en el cuarto capítulo se nombran a las materias integradoras donde el estudiante opta a elegir las materias impartidas, para ser ejecutadas en el proyecto, en el quinto capítulo se aludió a la fundamentación teórica es una explicación basada en ideas que están relacionadas con un tema en particular, en el sexto capítulo se hace mención a la planificación de un cronograma de actividades en el que establecemos los tiempos a realizar el proyecto, en el séptimo capítulo se dio a conocer el presupuesto y financiamiento del proyecto son todos los gastos, costos e inversiones necesarios para el proyecto, en el octavo capítulo se refirió a la metodología consiste en todos los pasos que se recogen a la hora de la planificación y gestión de un proyecto, en el noveno capítulo se indicó los resultados del proyecto, las metas esperados son los productos tangibles que el proyecto mismo debe producir para alcanzar sus objetivos, en el décimo capítulo se aludieron las conclusiones se denomina la acción y efecto de concluir el proyecto, en el décimo-primer capítulo se refirió a las recomendaciones este apartado del proyecto es aquel donde el autor condensa aquellas sugerencias que se originaron durante el proceso de realización del estudio, en el décimo-segundo capítulo es la parte final del proyecto dando a conocer como bibliografía se denomina la relación o lista de un conjunto de libros o escritos utilizados como material de ayuda. |
