Resumen : El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo elaborar una guía de implementación de
protocolos de bioseguridad para la reactivación turística de la Hostería Rancho Isla Canela.
En la propuesta del proyecto se aplicó la investigación exploratoria para el reconocimiento
de las áreas, originando así un croquis donde se visualizan las áreas que contiene el
establecimiento. También se utilizaron como instrumentos la entrevista al Sr. propietario y
fichas técnicas para el levantamiento de información. Posteriormente se utilizó el método
cualitativo que fue aplicado para la elaboración de una guía de protocolos de bioseguridad,
por lo tanto, se realizó la toma de fotografías, selección y edición de las mismas, se
concluyó con las áreas que serían implementadas dentro de la Hostería Rancho Isla Canela.
Finalmente, se analizó la investigación bibliográfica basándose en las normativas locales,
nacionales y guías de protocolos de bioseguridad emitidas por organismos como el
MINTUR, ARCSA, MAE. Como resultado de esta investigación se obtuvo una guía de
protocolos de bioseguridad para ser aplicada en las distintas áreas que conforma la
Hostería Rancho Isla Canela y con ello contribuir en la reapertura y reactivación turística.
Descripción : The aim of this project is to elaborate a guide for the implementation of biosafety protocols
for the tourist reactivation of the Inn in Isla Canela Ranch. In the proposal of this project,
exploratory research was applied for the recognition of the areas, thus creating a sketch
where the areas that the establishment contains are visualized. The interview with the
owner and technical files for gathering information were also used as instruments.
Subsequently, the qualitative method was used that was applied for the elaboration of a
guide of biosafety protocols, therefore, the taking of photographs, selection and editing of
them was carried out, it was concluded with the areas that would be implemented within
the Inn Isla Canela Ranch. Finally, the bibliographic research was analyzed based on local
and national regulations and biosafety protocol guides issued by organizations such as
Tourism Ministry (MINTUR by their acronyms in Spanish), National Agency for
Regulation, Control and Surveillance (ARCSA by their acronyms in Spanish),
Environmental Ministry (MAE by their acronyms in Spanish). As a result of this research,
a guide to biosafety protocols was obtained to be applied in the different areas that make
up the Isla Canela Ranch Inn and thereby contribute to the reopening and reactivation of

Resumen : La presente investigación se realizó en el emprendimiento Rayu Pakcha, ubicado en una
propiedad privada del Barrio Juan Grefa, cantón Archidona, provincia de Napo. Durante
la prestación de servicios de guianza se realiza la interpretación de plantas medicinales,
ornamentales, comestibles, cuevas, rocas, conchas petrificadas, cascadas, ríos, sin
embargo, el lugar no dispone de un documento que sirva de material de apoyo. El trabajo
propone la elaboración del “Guión interpretativo para el sendero del emprendimiento
turístico Rayu Pakcha” que servirá como herramienta para sus intérpretes y así mejorar
el servicio de guianza turística. Con este fin se realizó la recopilación de información,
aplicando la observación directa durante la investigación de campo, logrando identificar
8 plantas medicinales, 2 plantas ornamentales, 4 plantas comestibles, 1 roca, 2 piedras,
4 cascadas, 2 cuevas y 2 petroglifos, después de la identificación se procedió a dar soporte
a la información, a través de la técnica de entrevista estructurada, agregando datos sobre
la descripción de cada parada, obteniendo como resultado final un documento valioso
para mejorar la interpretación turística del sendero.
Descripción : This research was carried out in the Rayu Pakcha venture, located on a private property
in the Juan Grefa neighborhood, Archidona canton, Napo province, this project is aimed
at an interpretive script in a rural area, dedicated to the offer of hiking, within the
provision of guidance services is performed the interpretation of medicinal, ornamental,
edible plants, caves, rocks and petrified stones, waterfalls, rivers, however, the place does
not have a document that serves as support material. The work proposes the elaboration
of the "Interpretive script for the Rayu Pakcha tourism entrepreneurship trail" that will
serve as a tool for its interpreters and thus improve the tourist guide service. For this
purpose, the information gathering was carried out, applying direct observation during
the field research, managing to identify 8 medicinal plants, 1 rock and 2 stones, 4
waterfalls, 2 caves, 2 petroglyphs, 2 ornamental and 4 edible during the tour of the Trail,
after identification, the information was supported through field research using the
structured interview technique, adding data on the description of each stop, obtaining as

Resumen : El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como tema: Guion interpretativo para el sendero
de la Asociación de Servicios Turísticos Llushan Pimpillitu (Mariposa Azul)
“ASERTULLUPI”, el trabajo propone mejorar la guianza; se establece como objetivos
específicos diagnosticar la situación actual sobre el sendero, establecer sitios de interés y
elaborar un guion interpretativo del sendero.
Una vez determinada la metodología se utilizaron métodos como el estudio exploratorio,
de campo y el deductivo, para el diagnóstico situacional generamos una ficha de datos
generales de la asociación de servicios turísticos y del sendero, obteniendo información
sustancial; empleando la ficha de levantamiento y jerarquización de los atractivos
turísticos se establecieron 9 sitios naturales.
Por último, para la elaboración del guion interpretativo con la información recopilada se
elaboró un folleto con información sobre el sendero el cual servirá de ayuda para los
socios y guías, que buscará impulsar el desarrollo y promover el crecimiento económico,
sostenible, trabajo estable y productivo para todos los comuneros.
Descripción : The present research work has as its theme: Interpretive script for the path
of the Association of Tourist Services Llushan Pimpillitu (Blue Butterfly)
"ASERTULLUPI", the work proposes to improve guidance; set as goals
diagnose the current situation on the trail, establish sites of interest and
develop an interpretive script of the path.
Once the methodology was determined, methods such as the exploratory study were used,
field and deductive, for the situational diagnosis we generate a data sheet
of the association of tourist services and of the path, obtaining information
substantial; using the survey and hierarchization sheet of the attractions
tourism, 9 natural sites were established.
Finally, for the elaboration of the interpretive script with the information collected,
produced a brochure with information about the path which will be of help to
partners and guides, which will seek to promote development and promote economic growth,

Resumen : El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en la comunidad Rumiñahui, tiene la finalidad
de elaborar un guion interpretativo para el sendero del Emprendimiento Turístico Piedra del
Saber. Para la obtención del primer objetivo se utilizó la investigación exploratoria y de
campo, logrando identificar 17 rasgos interpretativos, cabe mencionar que la Piedra del Saber
es el atractivo principal y contiene 31 glifos. El segundo objetivo consiste en recopilar
información de los rasgos interpretativos de los senderos, de manera inicial se realizó una
guianza que aportó con información significativa que fue complementada con la
investigación bibliográfica y descriptiva. En el tercer objetivo se organizaron los datos
aplicando el método analítico-sintético, obteniendo como resultado el guion interpretativo
para el Emprendimiento Turístico Piedra del Saber con el fin de mejorar la calidad del
servicio de guianza dentro del sitio.
Descripción : The present research work was carried out in the Rumiñahui community, with the purpose of
developing an interpretive script for the Stone of Knowledge Tourist Entrepreneurship Trail.
To obtain the first objective, exploratory and field research was used to manage and identify
17 interpretive features. It is worth mentioning that the Stone of Knowledge is the main
attraction and contains 31 glyphs. The second objective is to collect information on the
interpretive features of the trails. Initially, a guide was made that provided significant
information that was complemented with bibliographic and descriptive research. In the third
objective, the data were organized by applying the analytical-synthetic method, through
which was obtained the results of the interpretive script for the Stone of Knowledge Tourism
