Título : ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL PLAN DE MANTENIMIENTO PREVENTIVO Y CORRECTIVO DE EQUIPOS INFORMÁTICOS DEL INSTITUTO SUPERIOR TECNOLÓGICO TENA 2023 Autor : Grefa Aguinda, Marisela Leonor Resumen : El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo principal la Actualización del Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo de Equipos Informáticos, en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Tena, ubicado en el Km 1 ½ vía Tena – Archidona, su finalidad es dar solución a una de las problemáticas del plan que necesita ser actualizado de acuerdo a la normativa vigente. Además, el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Tena no cuenta con presupuesto asignado para adquirir los equipos, herramientas, materiales y accesorios necesarios para dar cumplimiento al plan de mantenimiento. Al momento los equipos informáticos (PC’s) están ubicados en tres laboratorios, también distribuidos a varios profesores, las computadoras portátiles están asignadas a diferentes profesores, los proyectores están instalados en cada aula, las impresoras asignadas a profesores para uso compartido y los equipos (servidores) se ubican en el cuarto de comunicaciones, en el desarrollo de este proyecto se empleó como metodología la investigación cualitativa, bibliográfica y como técnicas la observación y entrevista a los tres profesores encargados de los laboratorios esto permitió determinar el número de equipos informáticos y establecer los requerimientos del nuevo Plan de mantenimiento. Con este estudio se pudo determinar los equipos, herramientas, materiales y accesorios necesarios para que el Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo de Equipos Informáticos 2023 se pueda ejecutar, mismo que permitirá que los estudiantes puedan realizar las prácticas correspondientes con ello podrán adquirir nuevos conocimientos tecnológicos y a su vez los equipos informáticos estarán en buenas condiciones. Título : PLAN DE MARKETING PARA EL POSICIONAMIENTO DE LA FLORISTERÍA MARSHMELLOWS ROSE, EN LA CIUDAD DE TENA. Autor : Tanguila Tanguila, Wendy Marisol Resumen : El siguiente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general elaborar un plan de marketing para la floristería Marshmellows Rose situada en barrio Eloy Alfaro y calle Gabriel Espinoza en la ciudad de Tena, para contribuir en el posicionamiento en el mercado e incrementar las ventas satisfaciendo las necesidades de los clientes. Cabe recalcar que en el estudio de mercado se utilizó el método estadístico, para determinar el nivel de aceptación actual de la floristería, en la cual los resultados arrojaron que el 71% de las personas conocen este negocio, seguidamente de un método analítico y deductivo conocer los servicios que ofrece y su nivel de aprobación ante los clientes, la cual resulto muy favorable, también se establecieron las fortalezas y debilidades que tiene el negocio. Por otro lado, se implantó el método inductivo y analítico para poder determinar las estrategias de marketing para que la floristería pueda ponerlo en marcha. De acuerdo a los resultados de la investigación, los medios publicitarios más recurrentes son las redes sociales, sin embargo, todavía hay personas que optan por lo tradicional, es decir, como la televisión y la radio. La floristería Marshmellows Rose, debe hacer un análisis situacional periódicamente para enfrentar a la competencia y adaptarse a las tendencias del mercado, no obstante, debe considerar los estándares de calidad, precios e innovaciones para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes. Descripción : The general objective of the following research work was to develop a marketing plan for the Marshmellows Rose florist located in the Eloy Alfaro neighborhood and Gabriel Espinoza street in the city of Tena, to contribute to the positioning in the market and increase sales by satisfying the needs of the clients. It should be noted that the statistical method was used for the market study, to determine the current acceptance level of the florist, in which the results showed that 71% of people know this business, followed by an analytical and deductive method Knowing the services it offers and its level of approval before clients, which was very favorable, also established the strengths and weaknesses of the business. On the other hand, the inductive and analytical method was implemented in order to determine the marketing strategies so that the florist can put it into operation. Título : EL CONTROL DE INVENTARIOS Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA RENTABILIDAD DE LA ASOCIACIÒN AGRO ARTESANAL DE PRODUCCIÓN DE BIENES AGRÍCOLAS PECUARIOS Y PISCÍCOLAS DE NAPO “KALLARI” Autor : Nuñez Montero, Mayra Alexandra Resumen : El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo “Determinar como el control de inventarios, mediante procesos y técnicas contables inciden en la rentabilidad de la Asociación Kallari del cantón Tena”, por lo cual se parte desde la revisión de contenido científico para sustentar el trabajo; así como la presentación de la metodología necesaria en donde los métodos empleados son el analítico, sintético, deductivo e inductivo acompañado de los tipos de investigación y sus respectivas herramientas. Los resultados están desarrollados acorde a los objetivos específicos en donde primeramente se analizó la situación de la asociación mediante una entrevista y el cálculo de los indicadores de rentabilidad en el que es notable la deficiencia que tiene la organización, puesto que refleja en el año 2019 una rentabilidad neta del activo (ROA) del 2%; del patrimonio (ROE) del 4% y de la rentabilidad sobre las ventas del (ROI) del 0,2%; todo esto con una rotación de inventarios de 5,60 veces en el año a diferencia del 2018 que fue de 4,64 veces; en segunda instancia se aplicó una encuesta a los empleados para diagnosticar la gestión de inventarios en donde el 60% expresa que no existe control sobre el mínimo y máximo de existencias, contando también con un departamento de bodega, pero no debidamente gestionada mediante un control de inventarios sistematizado, porque solo lo usan para el área contable; y por último se presenta la propuesta dirigida a la asociación con la finalidad de aportar conocimiento para la mejora de la gestión de inventarios. Es necesario la implementación de un software o un sistema contable más económico y dinámico que les permita ser eficientes y eficaces para una buena toma de decisiones, esto en vista de que el actual programa SAFI que manejan es costoso y muy complejo. Descripción : The objective of this work was "To determine how the inventory control, through processes and accounting techniques affect the profitability of the Kallari Association of the canton Tena", for which we start from the review of scientific content to support the work; as well as the presentation of the necessary methodology where the methods used are analytical, synthetic, deductive, and inductive accompanied by the types of research and their respective tools. Es un modelo de gestión del Talento humano en el establecimiento educativo. Se utilizó la investigación de campo, enmarcada en el paradigma cualitativo, no experimental. También se aplicaron algunos métodos que ayudaron a entender el panorama real de esta institución educativa, los métodos utilizados son: inductivo deductivo y analítico, a través de estos métodos se ha explorado a cada uno de los espacios para poder detallar de la mejor manera. Que este trabajo investigativo y su contenido contribuya como un aporte valioso al desempeño laboral de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Eloy Alfaro del cantón Tena, se obtuvo la colaboración del director de la Institución Educativa y el personal docente. En la primera parte consta de concerniente a la introducción, planteamiento del problema, los objetivos, en la segunda parte consta de marco metodológico, como último se plasmarán los resultados de la investigación.
